When you provide exchange API keys for use with our broker platform, you represent that: the keys are trade-only (no withdrawal permissions), you have authority to use the associated exchange accounts, and you understand the risks of automated trading.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, system failures, or data breaches.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
